CHPA Certification Test
Students are only tested once upon completion of the course and they have to reach a 70% pass mark from the 12 question test (6 questions per chapter) for them to receive the Certified HIPAA Privacy Associate or CHPA Certification.
The test normally takes 20 minutes whereby 10 minutes are allocated to each chapter and it can only be taken once. Once you pass your test you can print out your certification immediately but if you do fail you will have to pay $75 for a retake.
